Our company has an order planning confirmation department, whose members include the company owner, purchasers, managers and production managers, merchandisers and business personnel corresponding to the orders.
Process：

1: Pre-Production Meeting
Call up Supervisors of each department (lMerchandiser Team, OA Depatment, Technical Department, ProductionDepartment, Procurement Department) and Merchandiser, Manager, Boss into the meeting.
- Make sure everyone understands quality standard.
- Work out quality requirement paper and everyone has to sign on it to confirm they are all clear about it.
2: Approved samples hung at the front of the production line.
- Make sure every worker understands technical and quality requirements exactly.
3: lssue Everyday quality report
- Do inspection every day.
- In case of finding defective products, they will be picked out and replaced by good-quality products.
4: Inline Inspection
Make sure the quality is under control.
5: Final Inspection
100% inspection, to make sure you will receive perfect products.

Throughout the production cycle, the QA professional will conduct regular inspections and tests tomonitor the quality of the products.This includes sampling, laboratory testing, and on-site inspections,depending on the nature of the product.

Upon completion of the production, a final audit is conducted to ensure that all products meet the required quality standards before they are shipped to the customers.
